HEAVY MAINTENANCE FOR NARROW BODIES
With over 25 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance segment, DIGEX started its activities with line maintenance and has continuously expanded the scope of its services to several types/models of aircrafts. Since then, the company has continued growing and expanding its customer portfolio, focusing on operational efficiency in search of greater competitiveness and reliability.
Today, DIGEX has approximately 140 employees, for which the company has invested in qualification and constant professional improvement. The company offers a full range of maintenance services, including heavy maintenance inspections, structural, systems and avionics repairs and modifications, non-destructive testing, borescope inspections, aircraft painting and return services (aircraft redelivery), parking/preservation, aircraft disassembly, off-site services, and engineering.
Besides being certified by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), DIGEX is also certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and by the Directorate of Aeronautical and Military Material (DIRMAB).
Among its civilian customers are the commercial companies Modern Logistics, Total Linhas Aéreas, Gol Linhas Aéreas, Boliviana de Aviacion, Embraer, while FAB and the Uruguayan Air Force are its military customers.
DIGEX is certified to work with the Airbus A320 (A318/A319/A320/A321), CEO and NEO families. For the Boeing line, it performs services on aircraft of the Boeing B727, B737 (Classic and NG), B757 and B767 families.
Another bet of the company is in the continuous improvement of processes with the goal of increasing efficiency in its operations, becoming even more competitive in the market, ensuring quality, safety, price, and deadline.
Location
Strategically located at São José dos Campos International Airport, which is considered the most innovative city in Brazil and the 6th best city in the country to undertake.
With more than 700,000 inhabitants, the city is located 100km from São Paulo, close to Guarulhos (GRU), Congonhas (CGH) & Campinas (VCP) airports, and 300kms from Rio de Janeiro.
The airport runway are over 2,676m of track length allowing operation by instruments (VOR / ILS).
